Located within the former Blue Bell Co. plant, Elm & Bain is downtown Greensboro's newest event venue.
Steel and concrete blend with the bright, natural light that fills the space through large windows, and creates an attractive setting for a variety of events. Equipped chairs and tables, a catering kitchen, and ample parking, Elm & Bain has all you need under one roof.

Our History
The Blue Bell Factory opened in 1919 and was an integral part in Greensboro's booming textile industry. Later on, Blue Bell was acquired in 1949 by Wrangler and began international growth.
They eventually merged with VF Corporation and turned the original factory into a multi-use commercial space called the Old Greensborough Gateway Center.
In September 2021, Elm & Bain launched in the Gateway Center.
