Elm & Bain can accommodate corporate groups from 50 to 500 guests. Let us host your holiday party, company retreat, seminar training days, team building events, product launches, employee appreciation party, fundraisers and workshops.

The Space

PRICING

Here you'll find our most popular rental packages. All packages include furniture and a custom layout with setup and end of event break down.‍ Rental period includes time for event setup, the arrival through departure of guests and breakdown. You may select your time frame for your rental hours; however, the rental period must conclude by 12 am, unless otherwise noted.

  • Monday – Thursday $350 per hour (Min 2 hours)

  • Friday – (6pm – 12am) - $4,000, with a 10-hour max.

  • Saturday – (8am – 12am) - $5,500, with a 10-hour max.

  • Sunday – (8am – 12am) - $5,500, with a 10-hour max.

“Launch Greensboro has held multiple events at Elm & Bain, in the historic Gateway Building. Our most recent event was Capital Connects, which brings together entrepreneurs, the business community and investors to network and, potentially, match aspiring / growing businesses with early-stage sources of capital. Elm & Bain was the perfect space for this event. It allowed for broad informal networking among nearly 200 attendees, high-impact presentations, breakout private conversations, an open bar and catered hors d’oeuvres — all in the heart of the trendy SouthEnd area of Downtown Greensboro.
