Donation Policy

Elm & Bain is dedicated to serving our community in as many ways as possible. We would love to support every worthwhile cause; however, it is necessary to have some guidelines in place for such requests.

ALL donation/partnership requests must be submitted online. None will be approved without a pre-plan made and contract signed. We do not donate the space at 100% free.

If your donation/partnership request is approved you will be notified within 7 days after submission.

To better serve the community, Elm & Bain will only donate to an organization once in a (12) month period from the date of the donation request.
